Is there anyone on the list who can tell me if it is possible to access marriage records for Albany,NY..via Civil Registration..prior to 1823...my guess is No!! Am I correct in that assumption? If that is so...then are Parish Records for churches in Albany available?..are there lists of churches in existence in Albany starting in 1800?
