At the same time that the Onondaga Co. Surrogates records were going online that I could never get access to. Nothing could be worse than that. You can go in once they unlock the door for you. The stacks are all behind filing drawers and not accessible by anyone other then the person on duty and only one book at a time. One staff, one book, 3 researches today. Amen.
