    3. I knew of a Dugan family who lived in Green Island in the 1950's-1960's. They lived on High St., near Tibbits Ave. Their son was Jimmy Dugan. He would have been born in the late 1940's. I would guess there might be a connection, because of the Green Island item mentioned in the original message from Deanna Smith.
