I know I am a little late, but I used to live on Madison Ave. in Albany, I can't remember the number but East of my apt. was Lombardo's Restaurant which is listed as 121 Madison. I know that is still there. So East of that I believe is all gone. It would be East of South Pearl St. and that is the bridge spans.
