Which Van Denburgh male married Nancy "ELVIRA" Worden before 1863 and possibly died before 1870 Census? Are there marriage records? Are there death records for this male VanDenburgh in Cohoes? One census lists him born in Nova Scotia another NY. The family is very well settled in Cohoes, Albany County, NY from 1850 of the Worden's to 1920's the Van Denburgh descendants of this Nancy ELVIRA (WORDEN) VANDENBURH and unknown male VANDENBURGH. Lorenzo VanDenburgh married Delia (Rivet/Rival?) per census of 1900. He had one son I will list here: Leslie William VanDenburgh who m. Louise Perrault. Rena VanDenburgh married Abraham Lincoln BRAMHALL in Cohoes, NY, they died in Oneida County, NY and are buried in Carr Cemetery, Marcy, NY. I have their obits. He died 1931 and she died Oct. 3rd, 1945. Nancy "Elvira" (Worden) VanDenburgh is also buried in Carr Cem., Marcy, NY. She died in March 1932, but her obit does not list her husband, who I assume died before the 1870 Census in Cohoes, NY. Nancy ELVIRA Worden is the daughter of Lorenzo Worden and is listed in the Census inf. I have searched Census data and Ancestry.com and Albany County, nygenweb to no avail. Any clues or information welcomed. Sincerely, Marilyn Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
