Well, after trips to 3 different libraries, I got what you need! The NY State Library has bound copies of all volumes of the New York Genealogical and Biographical Record. Attached is a copy of page 192 of Volume 128 Issue 3 which is July 1997. Unfortunately, the page is genealogy inquiries so you won't get much information. It does list an Elizabeth as a child though. You could try writing to the name and address given. I also Googled the woman's name and found she had message board posts up to 2001. So here's links to two of them where you can find two different email addresses to try as well.
