I made 2 trips to the SUNY Albany library without success. The first time I got there just a few minutes before that room was closing so couldn't get to the microfilm. Second trip, I found it, but it has nothing to help you. On their catalog, it said NY Genealogical and Biographical Record, but the film was all assorted publications of the Civil War era. Even enlisting the help of library staff and looking in a booklet that was an index for those rolls showed nothing for that publication. I haven't given up and have some more avenues to explore.
