THANKS, I went to LDS library here in San Diego to see what they had. Amazing I was not finding much maybe not looking in right place. I was also dumbfounded that the USGENWEB site for Albany CO. NY had almost nothing on it. Not much for a usgenweb site. But I gather they in the middle of changes. I was sure hoping for some clues somewhere. Amazing with Albany being a key county for the states development. Thanks very much.
