Assume you have the records of the First Presbyterian Church of Albany showing he was admitted to the church in 1802 and the wife admitted 1804. also look for NY church records on OliveTree Genealogy.com. I haven't visited that URL recently but lots of good info there. Be careful in navigating the site. Do not enter the names in the center box or it will take you to Ancestry.com. Good luck.
