Volume 128 of the NY G&B Record was 1997, but since it was published 4 times a year, you'll have to figure out which issue your article was in. Here's some options for getting the article: 1. Access Heritage Quest Online (your library may allow you to access it from home) and search PERSI (an index of periodicals) for "New York Genealogical and Biographical Record". You will get a list of libraries that have it and what issues. Also check worldcat.org for other possible libraries. There just might be one near you that has it in print or CD format.; 2. If no library is nearby, ask your local library if they can get a copy of the article through interlibrary loan. Or the Allen County Public Library, the creator of PERSI, has copies of all the periodicals in its index. You can order a copy from them. For $7.50 plus $ .20 a page, you can order up to 6 articles.
