Interested in finding information on which railroads ran into Albany, NY in the 1830s to the 1850s. A GGGGrandfather of mine, Joseph Fagnant was suppose to have been an engineer on a train based in Albany and later moved to Hartford, CT. Where would I find records to solidify that contention?
