Could someone give me an approximate location of what was known as "Jerusalem" in Albany Co.? I also have a copy of an obit which states that a survivor lived in Bartonville. I am not even sure if this is in Albany Co., but help would be appreciated. Thanks! Barbara in Az

Barbara, Jerusalem Reformed Church is in Feura Bush, which is in the Town of New Scotland (SW of Albany city). The is no Bartonville in New York State today (two gazetteers), nor was it mentioned in an 1860 gazetteer. There was a Burtonsville, however, in Montgomery Co. right where Schoharie and Schenectady counties meet. That is not too far from Albany Co.
