I'm trying locate a Death Certificate # and place/date of death for my GG Grandmother Mary Hayes (first name could also be under Marie or Maria). She was buried in Hawthorne, NY on 9/5/1942 so her death date is probably very late August - Early Sept. of that year She was living in Queens at the time of her death but I have not been able to locate a death cert in any of the NYC boroughs for her.
