I'm afraid that we were not clear in the ballot announcement that in order to vote you must be a paid up member of the TIGS Society to vote. The mailing list is free but to be a member of the Society is $10/yr in dues. So, we encourage all to Join or Re-new who have not done so for 2012. The membership form is at the TIGS website, http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nytigs/MailingListPage.htm.
