    3. I believe that all of the Catholic enterprises in Watervliet fall under the archivist at Sacred Heart. I believe his name is Tom Hanley. He has all sorts of records. He has some burial records, baptism records, including plot purchase records. He is a most informative person I have run into regarding West Troy and/or Watervliet. Let us know what you find.
