    3. Go to her site. Click New York State and scroll down to Albany County and click. Then click on Naturalizations. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Rebecca Rector Sent: Saturday, September 08, 2012 10:28 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [NY-TROY-IRISH-GENSOC] Pat Connors wonderful work Good point, Lynne. I just made a donation. I had never seen that donation button before. BTW: I cannot find the Albany Co. information that Pat mentioned. What am I missing? Thanks, Rebecca -----Original Message----- From: Lynne Sisk Sent: Friday, September 07, 2012 8:55 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [NY-TROY-IRISH-GENSOC] Pat Connors wonderful work I would like to remind everyone that Pat Connors has a button near the end of her site for making a donation. She has contributed so much to the genealogy community and the films she transcribes cost money to rent. Anyone who has used them knows how difficult most of the records are to read and of course transcribe. Where would most of us be without Pat's efforts? 3. Odd day here, and on a Saturday afternoon,I have nothing else to do than go on the computer. Vince is behaving "off" today. He slept the whole morning till I finally awakened him at twelve. At first,I treated that time as a luxury, since I am usually busy with him first thing in the morning. So,off I went to the end of the driveway in my robe to fetch the paper.Returning,I settled down in my wicker rocker on the front porch with my morning orange juice and paper. Our neighbor,Barb Van Zetten was out for her morning walk, spotted me and joined me. Lovely Saturday morning here, breezy, sunny,Fall!!!!Now,once again,he has been asleep for literally hours. Weird, scary. You had not told me that Bill was having that heart procedure done.I do hope that by the time you get this,it is over and he is just fine. My older brother,Steve, had a quadruple bypass two weeks ago.He is home, and visibly weakened by the procedure, but is rallying. As for Madeline looking to rent,I do not know what to tell you. We have every intention(right now),of coming down the day after Christmas. To rent to someone,is foreign territory to me...our clothes are all still there in closets, and in dressers.I do not know if you have to go through the association in some way to get permission.I know that you used to. So,for now ,the answer,is "No",and we might lose an opportunity, but I guess what I am saying is,it is all open at this point.Perhaps,if we go down this year,I will ship clothes home, and leave it in such a way, that if we have to rent the next year we could.Frankly, and at this point,I would rather come down and rent a little closer to the beach for a couple of months, but all of that needs research. I do not think that Dave did have his hip done, but do not really remember her saying that. He could have, and I just wasn't listening. ` Sorry to hear about your sister.....as we grow older, maintenance gets tougher and tougher. Time to go,Vince is up,and staggering around. Enjoy that pool!It will be the first thing that I hit when I get down there.
