    3. Reverend Patrick Crowe was the pastor of St. Francis deSales Church on Congress Street in Troy in the thirties and early forties. I grew up living next to the rectory and knew Father Crowe I don't know any of his background . St. Francis is now closed but the records are at Our Lady of Victory Church in Troy. If you could get the date of his death, a death certificate might give your his parents' name. Good luck.
