    3. My Irish born grandfather was married in Cohoes in 1911. The marriage license does not give the county of birth, only the country, Ireland. The license does give the name of his father and his mother's maiden name. My Irish born great grandfather died in Troy in 1927. His death certificate does give the county of birth in Ireland.
