I have a relative who was a County Detective with the District Attorney's Office 1905 until his death in 1916. Would this be covered by the Troy Police Department? I know the book being discussed is earlier than this period but was hoping someone may know. I have not been able to find any photos from this period. His name was Patrick M Fogarty.
