Does anyone happen to have a blank form that Tom Hanley sends out to people to fill in their family information for research? I called Tom Hanley's office, but he is only there now on Thurs and Fri. If anyone has this, could you scan and send it to me? Thanks, Rebecca

His office hours have changed so he is now there on Wed & Thurs. (9-3) Rebecca - if you are doing research for someone else (not your own family) Tom will provide lookups as long as he has a request/signature from the family member.
