    3. Thank you but it doesn't seem to get you into the data bank of the Immigrant Savings Bank which is what I am hoping to access. From the description on the website, when opening an account they asked everything except your blood type. So anyone with an ancestor who had an account would have a myriad of information to add to their tree. . All, There is another website which has the Emmigrant Savings Bank online - it is also currently down and I suspect it has something to do with where the database originated (but I am not sure). You can also go to: http://www.genexchange.org/esb/ I have never found any of my New York City Irish ancestors at this site - I just guess they weren't much of a saver - I think the liquid gold was more their cup of tea!     3. So if I understand this correctly, the sight is down no matter where you look? What a pity, I know they were the bank used by Irish immigrants to wire money back home. I was really hoping to find family. I wonder if anyone will be opening the data base at all in the future.
