Women cant attend because the governor wants to reach as many voter as possible and women cant vote yet.He arrives at 505, more than an hour late where he is given a rousing welcome by men and women when he alights from his car.He is touring the state in favor of the anti gambling Agnew Hart bill. He says” It does thrill a man to see how in every community in the state people rise when the thought of their constitutional rights is brought into question. What impressed me most is the number of men who are intent upon good things.
