Thanks, Kris. I was able to access through the link in this post. I am registered but not a subscriber to ancestry and had no trouble. I found an obituary for my grandfather's brother in the Cohoes edition of the Troy Record. I cannot get into it. It tells me someone else is registered with my Email address, but when I enter the password (I used to have Ancestry) it says it's not correct and that they mailed me an Email with a new password. Which I have not received to date. So, today I entered my husband's Email address (who wouldn't know the first thing about Ancestry) and they said HIS Email address is being used by another member, which of course is not the case. And that they sent him a new password (which has not arrived either). Are they trying to make it difficult or what?
