I think this could be Patrick in the 1888 Troy Directory - the house number is correct but it says house is Burden Ave (?) - I checked the map with the directory and Burden Ave is an extension of Fourth. Flanigan, Patrick, blacksmith, 697 Burden Avenue, h. 743 do. I couldn't find the O'Connor listing. ~Julia In a message dated 2/28/2008 1:25:03 P.M. He was born ca 1825 in Ireland as was his wife, Bridget. Children listed: Mary, Michael, Helen, Hannah all born Rensselaer County. In 1880 they were living at 743 Fourth St, Troy in the same house as my gggrandparents Timothy & Catherine O'Connor. Catherine's maiden name was Flanagan and I suspect they are related in some manner. -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com ===NY-IRISH-GENSOC Mailing List=== Did you pay your 2008 Dues?
