The paper says “ Snce the advent of spring, the defendants, have been obstructing the walk and forcing pedestrians to use the roadway and in some instances annoying the women. Officer Smith manages to get all six to jail where one faces a concealed weapon charge. The rest face a 10$ fine or 10 days in jail.
