I am sending to the list links to a comic book produced by Troy resident, Amy Hallorhan.? Amy is the cousin of Mike McAlonie from TIGS Amy began researching neighborhoods in Troy and why they disappeared.? She obtained a grant to write about neighborhoods for school children.? She decided on Hoosick Street and interviewed many Trojans who grew up in that area.?To interest the kids she decided on a comic format.?This should prove interesting to TIGS members who had family around lower Hoosick Street and were mostly parishioners at St. Pete's, St. Pat's and St. Pauls. Enjoy Kris http://capital-region.chronogram.com/issue/2007/11/Community+Notebook http://capital-region.chronogram.com/issue/2007/12/Community+Notebook
