Doring’s Band leads the procession on board a large bus. At the ballpark,public safety commissioner Francis N Mann fills in for his brother Mayor Elias Mann to throw out the ceremonious first ball.Troy manager Jack O’Brien sends veteran pitcher Dan McSurdy to the mound.
