I was just a wee bit too young to be involved with Mame's activity but in 1943 and in 1946 I worked for Bumpstead Chevrolet. We were in a former factory building located on 6th Ave, or whatever street the railroad ran on. We overlooked the Central Police station, the front of various residences(?) on 6th Ave and the rear side of residences on State Street. I worked part time so when I came in the guys would tell me what I missed. In later life I realized the stories were probably embellished. When I was about 16, my girl friend worked in Grants Department Store. She looked about 20. She was approached by Mame to go to work for her! I don't think she did! Sure would like to get a copy of the CD, tell me how. I am in Florida now and will be in Indiana by next week. AL Cuerdon
