Wellington also says the Raines law, which forbids saloons to serve alcohol, is unfair because it permits hotels and exclusive clubs to serve alcohol on Sundays. He says we should not work ourselves into a frenzy over a law that creates class distinctions, that permits a rich man to do what a poor man cannot."
