Looking for the father of JOHN SPRINGSTEEN and info on son Frank, wife Edna (Anna), Fenton NY. John b.1810. Married 1886 to SALLY WINCHELL. John d. 1917, b.Oak Grove Cemetery, Chenango Forks, (Greene). Sally d.1886 and is from Dutchess Co., also buried at Oak Grove Cem. Had a son, FRANK, b.ca.1866. Franks wife, as told by his grandson, JOHN INGRAHAM, was named EDNA. Edna was Native American. I can remember visiting a relative at Lilly Lake and a long house being there. Also visited the Onondaga Rez. My uncle claimed living there for awhile. Some of Frank and Ednas children: ALICE E., my grandmother,b.1887, GRACE and MAUD. 1870 census: John and Sally w/son Frank about 4 years old, Chenango Co. 1892 census: Frank, 26, wife Anna, 28. Maud, 7. Grace, 1. Barker Township. John had three wifes,( 2nd being CAROLINE HALL) and was told he had 21 children, some adopted.
