He was formerly settled at Marshfield in this state, but retired from the ministry several years ago. ********************************************** Buffalo, saturday, Dec 13, 1851 Christian Wanner was murdered this morning by his brother B. Wanner, during an altercation concerning money lent to Christian by his brother. The deceased was stabbled int he thigh and lived only half an hour. They were on the packet ship Evans from Havana. When the ship arrived Schoisnell tolk the captain a trunk was his when it actually belonged to Hallgastner. ********************************************** yesterday morning Wm. Kerr living in Hudson near Johon Street tried to cut his throat.
