RICHARDSON, widow of Col. Sherman D. RICHARDSON, who operated the RICHARDSON Employment Office, for many years in the Reynolds Arcade, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. H. BOWMAN, at Bellerica, Mass. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edith F. STURDEVANT, who is continuing the RICHARDSON Employment Office, Mrs. H. W. RUSSELL, of this city, Mrs. H. H. BOWMAN, of Bellerica, Mass., a son, Frank S. RICHARDSON, Captain Engine Company No. 23, of this city, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Bellerica, Mass. ANNA E. DAVENPORT Miss Anna E. DAVENPORT, formerly of this city, died yesterday at the Rochester General Hospital. For several years Miss DAVENPORT had studied at the Musical Art Institution in New York city, finishing her musical education in Berlin, Germany, under the tutelage of Josef LEVINNE. For the last four years she had made her winter home in St. Peterburg, Fla., where she did concert work. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Emma E. DAVENPORT, and a brother, Edmond G. DAVENPORT, both of New York city. John MILLIGAN, of 402 ½ State street, died Sunday at St. Mary's Hospital, aged 91 years. He is survived by his wife, Emaline KING MILLIGAN; a sister, Margaret GARSNE; three nephews and two nieces, all of this city. He was a member of Hiokatoo Lodge of Red Men, the Society of Hay Makers of that order and Clan William Loe Lodge. The body was removed to 427 Clinton avenue north. Emily CUSHING, daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. Charles W. CUSHING, died Saturday in Schenectady. Phebe B. OLIN died yesterday at the home of her nephew, Leon LOVEJOY, of Penfield road, Brighton. She is survived by two nieces, Mrs. O. M. DENTON and Florence CUTLER, both of Brooklyn and three nephews, Dean CUTLER, of Buffalo, Dr. Gilbert S. OLIN, of this city, and Leon LOVEJOY, of Brighton. Leland P. ELLSWORTH, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. ELLSWORTH, died yesterday at his home, 288 Breck street, aged 23 years. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Laura M. and Alla ELLSWORTH, and a brother, F. Merritt ELLSWORTH. Henry YOUNG died Sunday in this city, aged 67 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lizzie KANE YOUNG; four sons, Charles H. HALLAUER of this city and Edward K. HALLAUER of Woodlawn, Pa., and George and Leighton YOUNG of this city; two daughters, Mrs. Edward MAYER and Miss Eva YOUNG; a sister, Mrs. Dr. Albert FREY of Hillside, N. J. and seven grandchildren. He was a member of Baker's Union. Charles W. CONKLIN died Sunday at his home, 37 ½ Edmonds street. He is survived by a daughter, Miss Mary CONKLIN; and a niece, Miss Mina FESSENDEN, both of this city. Carrie W. GARSON, widow of Simon L. GARSON, died yesterday in New York city. Clifton DAY; one brother, William DAY, and her grandmother, Mary BLUM. Eugene E. CARROLL died this morning at the family home, 36 Westchester avenue, aged 51 years. He is survived by two sisters, Miss Anna R. CARROLL, and Miss M. Rose CARROLL of this city; two brothers James A. CARROLL of this city and William B. CARROLL of Syracuse. Caroline MESSMAN died this morning at her home, 12 Henrietta street. She is survived by four sons, Fred, George, John and Frank MESSMAN; two daughters, Mrs. Frank SPRAGUE of Buffalo and Mrs. George SCHOENHEIT of this city. ** Moves To Reopen Separation Suit Wife Won Through Default An order requiring James S. BRYAN, attorney for Mrs. Freda FREER, of Webster, to show cause in special term of Supreme Court next week why the default taken by him last week in the suit brought by Mrs. FREER against John D. FREER, for the cancellation of their separation agreement, should not be reopened was secured today by William L. CLAY, attorney for FREER. Mr. and Mrs. FREER separated last June, the husband agreeing to pay Mrs. FREER a stipulated sum. In August, Mrs. FREER brought suit for cancellation of the agreement and while Mr. CLAY, attorney for the husband, was trying a case in County Court, Mr. BRYAN took the case by default in Equity term of Supreme Court. Mr. CLAY heard that the case was being taken by default, secured a short recess in County Court, and protested in Equity Court against allowing Mr. BRYAN to take the case by default while he was engaged in another court.
