Washington--Sept 21--At the White House stables last night a delay in the arrival of Pauline Wayne, the registered Holstein, that has been given to the President by a Wisconsin admirer, was explained. On the way east, the stork alighted upon the special car in which Pauline is traveling and a stop was made until she was able to resume the journey. At the stables it was the news that both were doing well. Submitted by: Patricia Stillwell Mims
