Republican Advocate Batavia, Genesee Co., NY September 16 1825 FARM FOR SALE. The Subscriber will sell to the highest bidder on Thursday the 29th of September at 1 o'clock P.M. on the premises, the farm which was late the property of John J. McCURDY, deceased, lying in the town of Bethany in the county of Genesee, being the middle part of lot No. 48 Township No. 11 in the first range, containing 123 acres. On said farm are about 60 acres under good improvement & well watered, a good orchard of apple and other fruit trees, with tolerable farm buildings. The conditions of the sale will be 250 dollars of the purchase money in hand, and the residue on a credit of from one to four years with interest.
