    2. Rochester, Monroe, NY Times Union Oct 5, 1929 DAILY DEATH ROLL AGATHA F. McDONALD Mrs. Agatha FRANKENBURGER McDONALD died today at the family home, 292 Merchants Road. She is survived by her husband, John two sons, James and Frederick; four brothers, Louis, Joseph and George FRANKENBURGER of Rochester, and Fred of Milwaukee. Funeral services Tuesday morning at 8:30 from the house and at 9 o'clock at St. John the Evangelist Church. ANNA M. PRINCE Mrs. Anna M. PRINCE died yesterday at the home of her son, Noyes of Auburn. Besides her son she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William HAYDEN of Rochester; one grandchild, two great grandchildren and one brother, Edwin HAMILTON of White Plains. The body will arrive in Rochester tomorrow morning and will be taken to the home of her daughter, 10 Thornton Road, Irondequoit, where funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. HAROLD A. DOUGHERTY The body of Harold A. DOUGHERTY, who died in Los Angeles Sept. 28, will arrive in Rochester this evening and will be taken to the family home, 315 Woodbine Avenue, where funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning and at St. Augustine's Church at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. ESTHER M. BEERS Esther M. BEERS died yesterday at 343 Genesee Park Boulevard, aged 36 years. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert; her mother, Mrs. May PHILLIPS; two children, Eusebia and Cleopas; two sisters, Miss Eunice INGHAM and Mrs. Howard BURROWS. The body has been removed to the funeral parlors of James C. CORBEL, 361 Chili Avenue, where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. CARRIE E. PITTARD Carrie Elizabeth PITTARD died yesterday at the family home, 48 Barker Street, aged 41 years. She is survived by her husband, Fred; two daughters, Helen and Dorothy. Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Parma Center Cemetery. KATHERINE RITZ Katherine RITZ died yesterday at the Knoor Convalescent Home, aged 63 years. She is survived by her husband, Engelbert RITZ, five sons, Frederick, Gustave, Joseph, Edward and Alfred; two daughters. Mrs. Ernest GYSEL and Mrs. Fred TANNER; three brothers, Anton and Fred SCHMITZ of Wayland, and Frank of Rochester. Funeral services will be conducted Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the funeral parlors of N. J. Miller's Son's, 706 South Avenue, and at 9:30 o'clock at Holy Rosary Church. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. C. LILLIAN GORDON C. Lillian GORDON died today at 59 ½ Brighton Street. She is survived by one brother, Henry D. of East Orange, N. J., three nieces and two nephews. BERTHA C. WATSON Bertha C. WATSON died today. She is survived by her husband, Edward S., two sons, Edward S. Jr. and Karl C.; one daughter, Rhea C. of Syracuse, two brothers, Guy S. TAYLOR of Syracuse and Leon G. of Fulton. Funeral services will take place Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home, 152 Congress Avenue. Burial will be in Batavia. ** DIED DOUGHERTY - Harold A. The remains will arrive in Rochester this (Saturday) evening and will be taken to the family home, 315 Woodbine Avenue from where the funeral will be held Monday morning Oct. 7, 1929, at 9:30 o'clock and at 10 o'clock at St. Augustine's Church. Deputy Marshals Al SKINNER and Joseph FAZIO yesterday affixed more government padlocks on the premises at 330 North Street. Not so long ago the deputies removed padlocks from both the front and back doors of the place after they had been clicked tight for six months. Yesterday when the deputies arrived once more Bertha BRUECKNER and John HALL, alleged proprietors, objected but the order of the U. S. District court st ood. A second padlock was clamped on a speakeasy at 503 West Avenue, a place which had been operated by Herbert Paddock and William GOODENOUGH. Five half-barrels of beer and a small quantity of cider were seized yesterday and Henry F. AUER arrested by Federal prohibition agents in a raid at 243 Ridge Road South. Henry KODISCK and Ernest HITSFIELD, proprietor and bartender of a saloon at 786 Maple Street, were arrested in a second raid.
