He is survived by one son, Frank DERX of Yonkers, N.Y. and two daughters, Miss Elizabeth DERX and Mrs. William F. GORDON and two grandchildren, three brothers, Conrad DERX of Springfield, Justus of Nunda, N.Y. and Valentine of this city.
