Mrs. GILLETTE was born in Susquehanna, PA (26 Oct 1886) but had resided in Greene for the past 17 years. She was always bright and cheerful and was a kind friend and neighbor. Funeral services were held at the Willey Funeral Parlor Tuesday afternoon (7 Nov) at 2:30. The Rev Harold A. SWALES of Athens, PA, former pastor of the Methodist Church of which Mrs. GILLETTE was a member, and the Rev. Grant SECHRIST, present pastor officiated at the services. Burial was made in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ralph Byron GILLETTE; seven children, Charles Kenneth GILLETTE, Mrs. Raymond Wesley "Ink" (Louella Mae "Lollie") INGRAHAM, Harold Edwin "Kelly" GILLETTE, Norman Everett "Fat" GILLETTE, and Byron Leroy "Barney" GILLETTE, all of Greene; Reginald Augustus "Reggie" GILLETTE of Norwich and Florence GILLETTE of Binghamton; five grandchildren, Kenneth Earl and Kathryn F.
