Decker Dies Article Text: Arthur R. DECKER, 79, died at his home, 7 Mar 2000. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Edna DECKER and a brother Paul. He is survived by his wife Dorothy J. DECKER, Binghamton, a daughter and son in law, Pamela and Richard WASLEY, Binghamton, brother in law and sister in law Walter and Bethel DODD, Conklin, sisters in law and brothers in law, Grace and Kenneth CABLE, Vestal and Betty and Tony ROMANO, Hillcrest; special friends W. Gerald and Georgia LaVELLE, Clarks Summitt, PA and also several neices, nephews and cousins. He was a retire of the Fairbanks Valve Company. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Bayer Memorial Home, Inc. 428 Main Street, Johnson City with Rev. Cynthia WENZINGER and Rev. C. Earle COWDEN officiating.
