DIED: On Monday, the 16th inst. Charles Edward INGRAM, only son of Joseph A. and Delia H. INGRAM. The friends and acquaintances of his father, likewise of his grandfather, Azah G. PALMER, Esq. are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, from the residence of his father, 86 Bank-st. this (Wednesday) afternoon, 18th ist. At 4 o'clock. His remains will be taken to Orange co. for interment. On Tuesday morning, William WOODHULL, in the 62d year of his age.
