New York Daily Tribune 23 August 1847 DIED: On Friday evening last, in the 39th year of her age, Elizabeth A. wife of James D. SPARKMAN, and eldest daughter of Thomas TRUSLOW. Funeral this afternoon, at 3 o'clock, from the Methodist Episcopal Church, South Second-st. Williamsburgh. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend without farther notice. On Sunday morning 22d inst. Ophelia GARDNER, youngest daughter of J.G. GARDNER. The friends and acquaintances of the family are invited to attend her funeral this afternoon, 23d, at 4 o'clock, from the residence of her father, 88 McDougal-st. On Saturday, 21st inst. Edward Merrill, son of George R. REXFORD, aged 7 years, 10 months and 18 days. On Saturday 21st isnt. Mary Elliott, wife of Nelson H. EDDY, and daughter of the late Gershom BURR, Esq. Her remains will be taken this morning to Bridgeport for interment. On Sunday, 22d inst. Thomas CHARTERS, Sen'r aged 54? Years.
