Article Text: New York, Feb. 11.--Mrs. Edith LOCKLEY, wife of Joseph LOCKLEY, the bookkeeper and confidential clerk of the American Estates Association of this city, who disappeared last December and took with him $5000 in cash and all the papers, books and deeds belonging to the company, was arrested to-day. All the missing papers and books were found in a trunk in her possession. Her husband is still at large.
