Smashes Some Glassware in a New York Saloon But Hurts No One. Article Text: New York, Sept. 16.--Charles L. DULIN, of St. Louis, acting Major of the Rough Riders, drew his revolvers and blazed away right and left in a Sixth Avenue saloon last night. No one was hurt but considerable glass was destroyed. DULIN was arrested. He said one of the patrons of the saloon had dared him to shoot and that he wouldn't take a dare.
