Is your father alive? If so, he is the only one that can get them. If he has passed away go to http://www.cyndislist.com and follow the military links. She has a lot of different ones. While many of the WWII papers were destroyed in a fire they can be reconstructed. You will find a form that you can print out and then fill out and send in. Another source is to try the county clerk's office in the county that your father was enlisted from or drafted from. Many servicemen "registered" their discharge papers upon returning. The counties vary in the kind of information that they might have. This should get you started I hope. It takes time but you will soon be an "expert" on finding WWII papers. Good luck.
