List members, There are currently, about 268 list subscribers. Their have been about 300 message since Sept. of '98. >From time to time, people wish to unsubscribe. This can be done by sending a message with the words unsubscribe to: NY-Military-L-request@rootsweb.com or NY-Military-D-request@rootsweb.com if you want to unsubscribe and are having problems, Please send an e-mail to me at: mwburne@aol.com and I will unsubscribe you. Recently, I unsubscribed several e-mail addresses that were bouncing back. If you receive an unwanted unsubscribe message in the future, it may be because there is a problem getting e-mail to you, please contact me and I will re-subscribe you to the list. I am insterested in knowing if anyone has found information on their ancestors. For my part, list members have provided some very helpful and interesting information.
