I will be traveling around the Southwest in my motor home for about a month so I will be "unsubscribing" in just a few minutes. I"ve been on the list since mid September and have learned a great deal about NYC. Westchester County and The military from those areas that I never knew before. Also it's been fun. The helpful spirit of all the veterans on the list is remarkable. No matter what the question, some one (or many) will respond with an answer or a hint ornhow the answer to the question might be found. And always in the most courteous tone.. Having lived in the area for many years before coming to California I was accustomed to ethnic humor that was not derogatory. I liked it and missed it.
