One of our mailing lists servers (lists2) has been taken offline for maintenance. Any unprocessed mail will be distributed after the server is brought back online. To allow us to attend to the matters at hand, we would prefer that people would please refrain from asking us: - when the server will be back, as when we know we will amend this announcement - which lists are on which server, as if you are not getting mail then in all likelihood it is this reason. Again, this is not to be discussed on this list, as it will not help get the server back on line and will just junk up the archives with messages unrelated to Long Island research.
