My memory could be faulty....it wouldn't be the first time...but in 1964 I was named to the League B-3 high school basketball all-star team by the Long Island Press. I went to an awards dinner somewhere in Bayshore. I am fairly certain it was just called "The Long Island Press" at that time. I don't recall there being a "Daily" in the title. But......da memory aint what it used to be!
