Floral Park and Mineola are separate villages in the Town of North Hempstead (also, parts of the Village of Floral Park are in the Town of Hempstead). "Mineola" is also the postal location of the Nassau County Seat. The Nassau County Seat is actually in the Village of Garden City in the Town of Hempstead, but it's in the part of the Village of Garden City that is in the service area of the "Mineola, NY " postal zone.
