Speaking of ancestry, does anyone know when they changed the subscriptions so that you now have to have the new highest tier in order to access military info? I've had a world subscription for a few years and just recently found the change. I know I've been able to view draft registrations in the past but now I have to go from my World subscription to the new tier. Kathy
I've had the full bore world membership for years, but only use it ocassionally. I think my automatic renewals are now up to something like $300 a year. Is there a way to suspend my service for a few months at a time (when I'm not going to be using it) so I don't pay for times I'm not using it at all. I wouldn't even have a clue about where to get a phone number to call them. (As if any phone call to anywhere ever gets you to a responsive human being!) This starts to get pricey for an old guy who should be retired but is still working! Thanks for any thoughts.
