I recently started researching again after a little hiatus and requested 3 records from the FamilySearch photoduplication website. It changed since the last time I used it and I am wondering if 2 of my requests actually went through. I received an email confirmation for one of my requests but not the other 2. The requests were submitted within minutes of each other so I figured I would have received confirmations by now. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you think I should submit again? Hi Meghan, I've had great success with the photoduplication service, but they don't always send a confirmation email. Lately they've been pretty quick and I've been very grateful for the service, it's a great help! I don't think you need to resend.
